Summit Design Build is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas. Who We're Looking For:

• Professionals with 5 experience in overseeing commercial construction projects.
• Individuals who have successfully managed commercial projects with significant budgets and have expertise in areas such as ground up and interior tenant finish outs.
• Leaders with a solid track record of successfully managing construction projects, demonstrating strong leadership and project execution skills.
• Familiarity with the Austin area is a big plus.
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects proceed according to schedule, budget, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, manage materials and equipment, and enforce job site safety and quality control.
• Conduct regular inspections, manage schedules, and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
• Engage in project meetings and communication with the project team, subcontractors, and clients, maintaining professional standards and company representation.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record of construction supervision with a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• In-depth knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and familiarity with construction management software like Procore.
• A high school diploma is required; additional education in construction management or a related field is a plus.
