We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call Answering:

Professionally manage incoming phone calls and inquiries from clients, vendors, and partners.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, answering questions, and directing calls to the appropriate team members.

Maintain a courteous and knowledgeable demeanor while representing the company over the phone.

2. Accounts Payable:

Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Verify the accuracy of invoices, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with vendors.

Assist in managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining organized records.

3. Inside Sales:

Collaborate with the sales team to provide support for lead generation, sales calls, and customer inquiries.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services and products to effectively communicate value to potential customers.

Participate in the sales process by nurturing leads, assisting in preparing quotes, and following up with customers.

4. Administrative Support:

Assist in general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an office administrator, bookkeeper, or similar role within a sales-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Google Suite and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Customer-centric attitude with a dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Basic understanding of sales principles and processes.
