Assists Benefits Administrator and Executive Director of Human Resources with administrative duties. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.1. Processes all employee insurance enrollment, changes, terminations, and billing.2. Processes 401k rollovers, hardships, contribution, and loan updates.3. Processes STD/LTD claims.4. Processes Workers Compensation claims.5. Requests funding of accounts related to benefits.6. Processes Benefit Deduction changes in payroll system.7. Processes Accommodation requests.8. Maintains Vendor Billing for Benefits.9. Generates reports for HR and other departments as needed.10. Assists with Annual Compliance reporting, filing and notifications.11. Conducts benefits portion of new team member orientation. 12. Handles any employee inquiries dealing with benefits.13. Completes Verification of Employment requests.14.
