Summary:

Responsible for monitoring the accuracy of all transactions processed through the Investment Management Billing Department in order to deliver accurate commissions, concessions and semi-monthly reports.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

· Auditing- Running reports at accounting cut off, which is twice a month. Report and capture all management fees paid by check and wires into the Contrak Management Data Base.

· Run all audit reconciliation reports and export to accounting dept.

· Review of daily billing reports.

· Process and submit fee payments to Accounting Department with accurate reports.

· Process and provide accurate periodic reports to the Accounting Department.

· Check on closed accounts, process cancellation notifications to Financial Advisors

· Process client refunds as needed.

· Reconciliation/review of any closed accounts, ensure account has a zero balance, and coordinate with the Financial Advisor to get any remaining funds moved.

· Billing – process quarterly and monthly fees (incoming fees from third party sub advisors).

Qualifications:

· Previous billing/accounting/auditing experience

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· Previous work experience in the investment industry helpful

· High level of organizational skills and extremely detail oriented

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Must have ability to successfully communicate with Senior Management, Financial Advisors and their assistants as well as outside vendors

· Working knowledge of applicable account software and spreadsheet programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
