Summit Management Group, Inc. is Hiring an Apartment Groundskeeper/Housekeeper Near Longmont, CO
Position: Groundskeeper Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Longmont & Lyons, CO This position performs groundskeeping duties such as improving property esthetics, snow removal, and lawn care. Also responsible for thoroughly cleaning apartments so that they are rent-ready. Must have the ability to work in both Longmont & Lyons. Other duties as assigned. There will be mileage compensation. Required Skills and Experience:
Preferred groundskeeping experience or equivalent
Preferred customer service experience with residential or other clients
Professionalism with coworkers and residents while working in and around the apartment communities
Strict adherence to confidentiality policies according to resident's rights, regulations, and courtesy
Computer experience for completing work orders, Purchase Orders, and payroll time management
Required work behaviors:

Physical Requirements:
Groundskeeping duties which include, but are not limited to, safe operation of snowplows, snow blowers,4-wheelers, weed trimmers, lawn mowers, shovels, pickaxes, etc.
May also be operating hand tools (e.g. drills, sanders, saws, etc.)
General janitorial including vacant units, common areas, offices, and restrooms
Must comply with all safety behaviors and personal protective devices necessary for each task (e.g. hearing protection while using lawn mower)
Ability to work at heights up to 2nd floor
Bending, kneeling, and awkward positions, and confined spaces to install/modify jobs
Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable for company vehicles
Standard vision, with or without corrective eyewear.
Standard hearing, with or without a hearing aid.
Schedule and Benefits:
Schedule: Varies - mostly 40 hours Monday through Friday. This will vary, especially with winter snow removal.
