Position OverviewResponsible for prompt, accurate set up of vendors. Support invoice processing and vendor payments for multiple operating companies.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Entry of invoices into multiple accounting systems
- Complete timely and accurate set up of vendors
- Support management of Accounts Payable email inboxes
- Support processing of invoices in multiple accounting systems
- Support vendor payment processing
- Research and resolve AP issues with vendors and company personnel
- Assist in month-end close process
- Recommend ideas for process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience in a professional/office environment
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities/projects in a professional manner
- Strong analytical and follow-up skills, with attention to detail
- Strong computer and data entry skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong customer service orientation with a high energy level
- Ability to work well under pressure of strict deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
