Position OverviewExperienced material sales invoicing specialist responsible for accurately invoicing customers from ticket imports and preparing customer statements efficiently and timely.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Reconcile material ticket totals to various lines of business sales volume reports
  • Analyze root causes and provide solutions for ticket errors
  • Research and resolve complex AR issues with external and internal customers to reconcile discrepancies
  • Prepare and post material sales adjustments daily
  • Work closely with operating company personnel to provide support and assistance with customer accounts
  • Train new hires to invoice and process adjustments for customers
  • Adhere to month-end financial close process schedule
  • Collaborate with internal groups to drive process improvements
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by meeting or exceeding SLArequirements
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience
  • 4 years of invoicing or accounts receivable experience
  • Experience working with multiple levels of management and key stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volume work in a deadline driven environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
