SUMMIT PROPERTIES is Hiring an Assistant Community Manager Near West Lebanon, NH

Summit Properties seeks a 40 hour per week, Assistant Community Manager for 230 apartments at Quail Hollow Senior Living, an independent senior living community in West Lebanon, NH. The Assistant Community Manager will work as part of the Quail Hollow team which includes a Community Manager, Administrative Assistant, and two Maintenance staff.

The Assistant Community Manager helps support the operations of the community with the Community Manager, and is responsible for the leasing and marketing of the properties in their portfolio. This individual works as part of our onsite team and is typically the first point of contact for potential residents. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage their time effectively, be attentive to details and that is willing to tackle challenge and solve problems!

Reports to: Community Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Leasing of all apartments;
  2. Community tours and marketing events including hosting open houses, attending trade shows leading weekly community tours and tours by appointment;
  3. Communicating with all prospects and working with them through the leasing process;
  4. Maintaining waitlist, prospects, turnovers, etc. for your community;
  5. Working with Compliance to ensure affordable housing compliance;
  6. Process all move-ins in our property management software;
  7. Work with Community Manager to prepare monthly management reports;
  8. Develop and carry-out marketing plan with the Community Manager;
  9. Advertise per the marketing plan and adjust as needed;
  10. Plan coordinate and execute residents events including meals, classes, outings, parties, theme meals and more;
  11. Work with Community Manager to complete annual lease renewals and any necessary administrative work;
  12. Any other tasks related to the operations and objectives of the Community that the Company reasonably asks you to perform.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Leasing and Affordable housing programs (LIHTC) experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • High level of competency in learning new computer and technology skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Experience in MRI or other real estate software is preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
