Role Description

This is an internship role for an Associate Consultant on the Sales Analytics Team at Summit RX. The Associate Consultant will contribute to sales consulting, improving customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves on-site work at our New York, NY location.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and consult products using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients (Pharmacies)
  • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
  • Reach out to leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of clients' problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate consultancy efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications

  • Sales Consulting and Consulting skills OR Sales representative
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of the supplement industry is a plus

Travel
