Role Description

This is an internship role for a Sales Team at Summit RX. The intern will contribute to sales, improving B2B Client satisfaction. The role involves on-field work around New York and New Jersey locations.

Internship Start Date: 1st July 2024*

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products using solid negotiation skills to existing and prospective clients (Pharmacies)
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
• Reach out to leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of clients' problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate consultancy efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills OR Sales representative
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices 
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel 
• Time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus
• Knowledge of the supplement industry is a plus

Travel

This position requires more than 90% travel, which may be domestic around New York and New Jersey. Willing and able to travel for sales-related activities, client meetings, or company-sponsored meetings.
