Provide organizational leadership in all areas pertaining to employee relations. along with planning, implementing, evaluating , communicating, managing and administering the day to day functions of the talent office including recruitment, selection, staff data and systems including federal and state reporting, substitute teachers, hiring, personnel issues, retention, labor relations, compensation, performance appraisals, working conditions, discipline, licensure, compensation, workers compensation, health benefits, personnel records, contracts, compliance with all applicable federal, state laws as well as district policies and procedures. Engage in and provide leadership in developing a comprehensive talent strategy.
