Overview / Summary:

Our client, a phenomenal management consulting and investment firm based in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Contracts Specialist with hands on experience in reviewing agreements and contracts.

This role offers a hybrid work environment (combining work-from-home and in-office days), 100% free benefits, a bonus, and numerous perks starting from day one. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract management, and will actively engage in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives for the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and manage various contracts and agreements, while leading and participate in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives for the firm.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and vendors to ensure contract compliance and efficiency.
  • Assist in the procurement process and provide support for a wide variety of contracts and agreements.
  • Utilize strong Excel skills for data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and charts.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all contract-related activities.
  • Support team members and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract review and management, working with agreements or in a procurement role in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract management.
  • Experience with contract management systems, preferably Conga, or a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in legal, business, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting colleagues.
