Job Description: As a Sales BDC Representative at Summit Subaru of El Cajon, you will play a crucial role in our sales department. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales leads, setting appointments, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Your goal will be to assist in driving sales and improving customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and ensure customers have a seamless experience.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide accurate information to customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and appointment-setting goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a BDC, sales, or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
