Summit Handling Systems, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator. This position is for a highly driven individual with strong time management skills and the ability to multi task. The objective in this position is to facilitate the sale of material handling and construction equipment by coordinating between the sales representative, factory, financing partner, customers and internal stakeholders. The conditions of this role are dynamic and fast-paced; the ideal candidate will thrive on the excitement of delivering high quality to all stakeholders with accuracy and efficiency.

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Provide quotes for Sales Representatives and convert quotes to orders
• Effectively communicate order updates to Sales Representatives and communicate with internal departments when necessary
• Coordinate with service department to prepare equipment for customer delivery
• Assist in scheduling and documentation of delivery, ensuring complete delivery as well as equipment pickup from customer, where applicable
• Process vendor invoices for accounting
• Generate and submit customer invoices
• Build and maintain good working relationships with vendors and customers
• Manage inventory
• Data entry
• Reporting, such as providing sales team monthly status of lease maturities
• Other duties as assigned

Sales Coordinator Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in related field is advantageous
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to think on your feet
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• A strong desire to learn new things and contribute to the team
