This role will focus on building, designing, and improving RF weapons systems for multi-faceted applications to support Summit TRC and our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of RF engineering principles, radar systems, and missile technology. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to ensure the successful integration of RF systems into seeker missile platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF systems for seeker missile applications.
• Perform detailed analysis and simulation of RF systems to ensure performance requirements are met.
• Conduct testing and validation of RF components and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems with other missile subsystems.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RF systems and components.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RF technology and missile systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in RF design, ideally in an Air to Ground Seeker Missile context
• Strong knowledge of RF engineering principles, including radar systems, antenna theory, and signal processing.
• Proficiency in RF simulation and design tools (e.g., HFSS, ADS, CST, MATLAB).
• Experience with RF testing and measurement equipment (e.g., network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• Understanding of seeker missile technology and related subsystems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Secret Security clearance, TS preferred

Nice To Have

• Experience with digital signal processing and FPGA programming.
• Familiarity with electronic warfare and countermeasure techniques.
• Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), electromagnetic interference (EMI) mitigation, and electronic countermeasures (ECM)
