Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and clerical support
- Assist with data entry of Accounts Payable
- Verify financial data in Accounts Payable system
- Prepare checks for vendors on weekly and ad hoc basis
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing discrepancies
- Work closely with senior accountants to maintain accurate records
- Perform other duties as directed
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and AR/AP accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Prefer at least one year of administrative or clerical experience in accounting and finance
