• Location : Loveland, CO at our Orchards location
• Status : Full-time, 40 / hrs. week
• 3 days a week are in the office and 2 days a week are remote
• Must have a confidential space to do telehealth work.

What You'll Do :

Specialized Women's Services is a program within Outpatient yet supports across divisions throughout the organization. The SWS Family Specialist provides comprehensive family support including case management, care coordination and clinical support to the women and their families in the program.

SWS is a grant funded to serve people who are seeking substance use disorder services and are pregnant or parenting young children.

• Provide on-going case management including providing family needs assessments, assist with resource acquisition, and coordinate with the client's treatment team.
• Collaborate with community partners and provide outreach and psychoeducation to clients.
• May participate in individual and group therapy, treatment team consultations, and community coalitions.

Required :

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology or social work from an accredited college or university.
• Certified Addiction Specialist or able to obtain CAS within 1 years.
• This position requires a person with strong communication skills, must be highly organized, agile and able to take initiative.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.

Preferred :

• CAS certification preferred.
• Specialty training in substance use disorder treatment and gender specific treatment methods for women and those identifying as women.
• Experience with Trauma-Informed Care and Substance Use Disorder treatment.
• Bilingual / bi-cultural preferred.

Total Rewards

The typical hiring range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85 / hour, based on relevant years of experience.
