Job DescriptionPosition Description:SUMO Medical Staffing is in the need of a Client Developer/Client Representative (CD/CR) to seek and qualify hospitals and medical clinics that are looking to fill open positions with physicians on a temporary or permanent basis. The person we are looking for should be comfortable working in a professional office and be able to make between 50 - 80 calls per day, use Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
This is a full time position working Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
You will be speaking with physician recruiters, hospital administrators, and C-level executives regarding their physician staffing needs.
Position Responsibilities: Reach out to new clients and introduce SUMO Medical Staffing and the advantages of working with our company for all their Physician staffing and recruiting needs.
Educate new clients on the locum tenens industry and answer any and all questions that may pertain to temporary work through our agency.
Maintain appropriate communication with past clients to ensure future business with our company.
CD/CR must be able to negotiate acceptable contract rates with our clients while maintaining our gross margin objectives.
Be able to communicate and understand how to maintain a professional relationship with high level executives.
CD/CR will be required to make between 50 & 80 calls per day.
Meet all production goals set by management.
Work with management in developing new and different marketing strategies.
Position Qualifications:Strong communication skills and customer service.
Strategic thinking & ability to execute results.
Ability to organize and prioritize goals & objectives Determination to achieve objectives and ability to overcome obstacles.
Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization’s growth.
Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous business, recruiting or sales experiences preferred but not necessary.
