Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
• Offer recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items
• Take & serve accurate food and drink orders
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in during the meal and addressing any concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service
• Process payment transactions accurately

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
