IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of work. One that possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong business consulting/partnership mentality will thrive in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, process, providing timely communication and updates.
SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Do you have 5 years of experience in recruiting?
Have you recruited in high volume, manufacturing environment before?
Have you worked with SAP Success Factors Recruiting/Onboarding Program?
SAP Business processing system experience (preferred).
Attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
