Roles & Responsibilities:

• Efficiently load, unload, stage, and prepare tools and materials for construction projects.
• Dispose of debris, waste materials, and maintain a clean and orderly worksite.
• Collaborate with the crew through all project stages to ensure efficiency.
• Assist tradespeople and equipment workers in excavation, concrete foundations, carpentry, and other tasks as needed.
• Undertake light auto and/or mechanical work to support project requirements.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prioritize team well-being.
• Conduct thorough cleanup of tools, trash, and building materials post-construction for a pristine worksite.

Qualifications & Education/Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record.
• Proficient in the use of both hand and power tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge and capability in basic property repairs (filter changes, leak repairs, light bulb replacements, etc.).
• Strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
• Highly regarded experience with construction equipment, forklifts, hand tools, and power tools.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
