The Product Development Associate role will be a key member of the OTC Business unit facilitating many critical activities to drive innovation, support 40 ANDAs and meet customer and market requirements.
Duties and responsibilities Support process and documentation of portfolio managementMaintaining relationships with CMOs pre-and post- product launchFacilitate samples and meeting requirements from suppliersProcure and maintain OTC product portfolio documents and assetsSupport development and pre-commercialization of new products by coordinating, providing and tracking all internal and external dataProvide analytic support- reporting, product performance analysis, modeling and forecast analysisCoordinate a broad range of business development activities and initiatives, including but not limited to engagement, assessment and relationship managementNew product readinessLiaise with Quality, Drug Safety, Supply Chain and Legal teams to ensure best practices, process improvement, customer issue resolution and mitigation of liabilitiesCollaborate with other members of the OTC team to ensure customer requests and requirements are metAdditional responsibilities as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management or similar fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant experiencePrior experience in packaging, manufacturing and / or pharmaceuticals preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office and business applicationsTime management, organization, adaptability and communication skills requiredPrior on-site experience in manufacturing plant preferred but not required
