Sun/Solar/Life is Hiring an Outside Sales Rep Near Las Vegas, NV

Title: Outside Solar Appointment Setter (Independent Contractor)

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking events, and other sales techniques.
  • Set appointments with potential clients for outside sales representatives to conduct product demonstrations or sales presentations.
  • Conduct initial qualifying conversations to determine the prospect's needs and suitability for the company's products or services.
  • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments, provide additional information, and address any concerns or objections.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including appointments set, leads contacted, and outcomes, using CRM software or other designated tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in outside sales or appointment setting, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to meet or exceed targets and quotas.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also collaborating with the sales team as needed.
  • Knowledge of the company's products or services, as well as the industry and market trends, is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.

Requirements:

  • Access to reliable transportation for travel to client locations within the designated sales territory.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and business needs.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Legal eligibility to work as an independent contractor in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality agreements and sales guidelines.

Compensation: Compensation structure typically includes a combination of base pay and commission, with specific details to be negotiated based on experience and performance. Payment will be made on a per-appointment or commission basis, as agreed upon in the contract between the contractor and the hiring company.

2 weeks Probationary Paid Training /Plus commission Dependent on Performance

Performance Review at End of 2nd Week..

Additional Incentives:

Paid on A Pay Per Sit basis: Will explain during Interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $42,000.00 - $134,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
