The Staff Accountant I reports to the Chief Financial Officer and Controller and will be responsible for processing Accounts Payable and Sober Living Environment accounting processes.

Required knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Proficient in MS Word and Excel
2. Ability to work with MIP-Sage software
3. Ability to work with ADM State Database
4. Ability to analyze data and produce reports.
5. Process payments to vendors in a timely manner.
6. Verify and analyze grant and government funding allocations, administrative allocations and staff allocations as needed for check requests.
7. Maintain vendor files and other filing as needed.
8. Ability to organize time, set priorities and complete assignments.

Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Business preferred. One to three years’ work experience in accounting general processes or an approved combination of education and relevant work experience.
