Noon Aide/Recess MonitorJob Type: Part-time
Salary Range: $15/hr.
Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m.

About The PositionThe Noon Aide/Recess Monitor will be needed for the 2020-21 school year. As a Noon Aide/Recess Monitor, you are expected to work outside, and be responsible for proper supervision at recess. You will also:
- Report any difficulties or unusual problems to the teachers and other school personnel
- You must be able physically capable of prolonged standing, walking and stooping
- May direct students in gathering materials, games, balls, or other items to be used during the activities
- Be able to give special attention to safety factors when weather or other circumstances occur
- Immediately report any injury or unusual problems to the professional staff
- Convey positive communication/interactions with the scholars
- Restricting students from inappropriate behavior
- Dismiss classes in an orderly manner at the scheduled times
- Checking the playground daily, and appropriately addressing ground and equipment hazards
- Responding appropriately to emergencies
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience with young children
