How You Will Make a Difference at Sun Valley AcademyResponsibilitiesAs the Recruitment/Engagement Coordinator you will be responsible for managing student enrollment, registration, withdrawals, and report on enrollment weekly. You will also:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet target enrollment goals.
- Host off site and on campus recruiting initiatives.
- Engage with potential families about enrollment opportunities.
- Represent and communicate the values of SVA to inform the perspective of families interested in enrollment.
- Establish and support on campus parent initiatives to strengthen the school/parent relationship.
- Respond to enrollment inquiries.
- Maintain enrollment interest records and contact data.
- Work alongside the front office teams to ensure accuracy of student information.
- Responding to inquiries from incoming students and families regarding registration and enrollment.
- Reviewing student files for accuracy and ensuring all necessary documents are obtained for compliance purposes.
- Facilitate campus tours for prospective families.
- Leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Positive interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and self-management to effectively handle multiple responsibilities.
- Commitment to go above and beyond when necessary to reach goals.
- Strong planning, execution and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivation.
- Dependability.
- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SIS systems; demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
