Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work in hot and dusty environments.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Commitment to work the entire season from mid-May to Labor Day.

Preferred:

• Minimum of 5 years of equestrian riding experience.
• Understanding of riding and guest safety protocols during trail rides.
• Professional demeanor with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding trail rides for guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Catching and saddling 30 horses daily.
• Feeding 30 horses daily.
• Assisting with farm maintenance, including fixing fences, operating a tractor, and other projects.
