Suna Solutions is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Near South Pasadena, CA

ONBOARDING:

Serves as a primary point of contact for all associates with questions and concerns with onboarding process

Coordinates on-boarding process (external and internal): pre-employment screening, new hire paperwork, I9 verification, orientation

Performs detailed reference checks on all candidates: two per associate

Extending verbal offers of employment and coordinating onboarding process

RECRUITMENT FUNCTIONS:

Ensures the integrity of the recruitment cycle; maintaining accurate documentation on all candidates and associates and open orders

Posts and advertises newly opened job opportunities on various job boards

Coordinates and schedules interviews (in-person, video, phone); documents post-interview debrief\

Sources/recruits candidates for open positions, as necessary

ADMINISTRATIVE:

Perform administrative/operational tasks – daily use of MS Office, Google Drive, Dropbox, cloud services.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, assist with preparing associates for their upcoming assignments, and liaise between associates/candidates with Sincerus and clients.

HRIS management: Creating jobs openings, assigning timecard approvers, updating active personnel

Collect and process timecards and payroll for temporary associates.

Minimum Requirements:

0-1 years experience recruiting, staffing, or coordinating in any of the following areas; Recruiting, Administration, Retail or Sales

Above average Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & Outlook)

Persuasive written and verbal communications skills

Team player and contributor

Strong time management skills

Thrives within a fast-paced environment

Has strong attention to detail

Critical thinking, problem solving, and has the ability to think “out of the box”

Flexible and trainable; "coachable" attitude

Strong listening/comprehension skills

Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Requirements:

Database experience a plus

Sourcing/recruitment experience a plus

As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington
