Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire canvassing department.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Maintain your own canvassing performance while supporting the team.
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of canvassing experience.
- Leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
