Sunbelt Solomon Solutions is Hiring a Director of USA Rentals Near Conroe, TX

The Director of USA Rentals' key objectives are achieving the Top Line Revenue goals, Rental Project Gross Margin targets, and Equipment Utilization targets while maximizing the PM and Sales Team member job satisfaction and retention rate. They are always strategizing looking 6 months to 1 year ahead. They constantly look for efficiencies and are fine-tuning the PM and Sales processes. This role is the Sales Leader and will do whatever it takes to support their team while maximizing their region's revenue potential. The ideal candidate would reside in the Conroe, TX or Sharon, PA area, however we are accepting candidates nationwide for this position. This is a hybrid role that would include travel, onsite and remote work.

  • Cross-Selling Opportunities within the Sunbelt Solomon offerings
  • Collaboration with Marketing Department
  • Other duties as may be required to support the Rental team.

  • Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce experience would be considered an asset)

  • Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer literacy is essential with intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the Sales team
  • High degree of professionalism and maturity
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to take direction and accept responsibility
  • Experience with the SAPB1 ERP (considered an asset)
  • Rental industry experience (considered an asset)
