Sunbelt Solomon Solutions is Hiring an Equipment Evaluator Near Solomon, KS
- This position is responsible for the testing and evaluation of transformers
- Evaluate various types of units including internal/external visual inspections and electrical testing
- Operate tablet to complete data collection for inventory equipment and complete evaluations
- Complete virtual warehouse transactions
- Maintains internal quality standards and compliance with all safety factors
- Collect dimensions/measurements, take photos, and complete drawings to document findings for fabrication options
- Execute tasks to Sunbelt Solomon standards/procedures
- 1-3 years’ specific transformer work history preferred
- 1-3 years’ mechanical and/or electrical field experience required
- Experience with small hand tools
- Technical skills are a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Physically demanding position; constantly standing up and kneeling down to read nameplates on units
- Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers
- Assist team members to resolve questions and help with the workload
- Dependable and strong work ethic; works safely
- Professional language and conduct at all times
- Ability to learn other areas to fill in when required
- Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification
- HS diploma/GED
