Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Eudora, KS area. This role is focused on providing behavioral support and intervention to students, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing evidence-based interventions to support student behavior and learning
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a supportive environment
• Providing training and support to staff on behavior management techniques

Qualifications:

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Must have a masters degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
• Must be available to work on-site in the Eudora, KS area
