Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting
• ARRT (R) certification
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Illinois state license

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Travel Cath Lab Tech to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Franklin, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting physicians during catheterization procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and operating specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for cath lab procedures and explain the process to them
• Assist cardiologists during procedures, including catheter insertions, angioplasties, and stent placements
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the medical team
• Operate and maintain cath lab equipment and ensure its proper functioning
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of documentation
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures regarding patient care and safety
