Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Travel EP Tech to join our team in Rochester, NY, for a rewarding 13-week contract. You'll play a vital role in supporting electrophysiology studies and procedures, ensuring optimal patient care throughout the process.
Here's what you'll be doing:

• Assisting physicians in performing cardiac electrophysiology studies such as EP studies and ablations.
• Operating and maintaining specialized electrophysiology equipment.
• Monitoring patient vital signs and ensuring patient safety during procedures.
• Preparing and administering medications as directed by physicians.
• Providing emotional support and clear communication to patients undergoing procedures.
• Maintaining sterile environment and adhering to strict infection control protocols.
• Documenting procedures accurately and ensuring clear communication with healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• ABT certification in Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
• NYS license or certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist.
• Minimum 2year's of experience in a clinical setting assisting with electrophysiology procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
