Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fulfilling full-time position in the vibrant Lowell, MA area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support individuals with diverse needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, educators, and support staff
• Providing training and support to caregivers and school staff
• Monitoring and analyzing data to assess progress and modify interventions as needed

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Enthusiastic about contributing to the well-being and development of individuals in the Lowell, MA area
