Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors
• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborating with educators, support staff, and parents to ensure the consistent and effective implementation of behavioral interventions
• Providing training and support to school staff in the utilization of behavior management strategies
• Monitoring and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of behavior interventions

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proven experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
