Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a rewarding contract opportunity in Salisbury, Maryland? We're actively searching for a dedicated RN to join our team for an immersive 13-week contract in home health. If you have at least a year of recent experience in home health, proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB), solid clinical skills, and a genuine drive to provide top-notch patient care, we're eager to connect with you!
Your Role:

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to design comprehensive home care treatment plans.
• Efficiently document and track patient conditions and progress using OASIS and HCHB systems.
• Administer medication and offer essential wound care as needed.
• Utilize your expertise in OASIS and HCHB for accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Active RN licensure in Maryland.
• At least one year of recent home health experience.
• Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) systems.
• Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload is advantageous.
