Position Details :

• Company: Sunbelt Staffing
• Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Location: Richmond, VA
• Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional weekends (typically one weekend per month on-call)
• Productivity: 25-30 points per week
• Travel: 150-500 miles per week with mileage reimbursement from visit to visit
• Compensation: Hourly pay negotiable based on experience and territory budget
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days
• Contract: Initial 13-week contract with the possibility of extension

Job Duties :

• Provide compassionate hospice care in both home and facility settings
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on end-of-life care, symptom management, and medication usage
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and ensure continuity of care
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Homecare Homebase
• Participate in on-call rotation, typically one weekend per month
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year of hospice nursing experience
• At least 2 years of overall nursing experience
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase software
• Valid RN license in the state of Virginia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 500 miles per week
