About the Role:

As a Travel IR Technologist, you will play a vital role in our interventional radiology department. You will assist physicians with minimally invasive procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal image quality. You will be responsible for various tasks including:

• Preparing the angiography suite and equipment for procedures
• Assisting with patient positioning and draping
• Operating fluoroscopy equipment and maintaining sterile fields
• Monitoring patients during procedures and documenting vital signs
• Ensuring patient safety and adhering to radiation safety protocols
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in Interventional Radiology Technology (RT(IR))
• Minimum one year of experience as an IR Technologist
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience with Epic EMR system is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic, with a commitment to quality patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Shift:

• 4 x 10-hour days (07:00 AM - 05:30 PM)
