Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to adult medical-surgical patients across nightshift hours.
• Monitor telemetry readings, assess patient needs, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Vermont or a compact state.
• Minimum 2year's of experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
