Job Title: Travel MRI Technologist

Shift: 12-hour days

Job Description: Sunbelt is looking fora motivated Travel MRI Technologist to join our team in Peoria, IL. As an MRI Technologist, you will perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans on patients using specialized equipment and techniques. You will ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure, maintain accurate patient records, and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.

Qualifications:

• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency in performing MRI scans and operating MRI equipment.
• Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and patient positioning techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on patient care and confidentiality.
• Previous experience in MRI imaging in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
