Sunbelt is currently seeking an OASIS Registered Nurse for a Home Health contract position in Annapolis, MD. If you have at least one year of recent home health experience, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Complete accurate and detailed OASIS Documentation within a 24-48-hour turnaround time.
• Educates patients and/or their families regarding care, diet, medications, home safety, etc.
• Travel to patients homes in the Annapolis, MD area.

Experience:

• Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required.
• OASIS Experience - Required
• 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required

Education:

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License or compact state license.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract, 13 weeks
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
