Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students in various subjects using ABA techniques.
• Support students with special needs, ensuring their inclusion and participation in classroom activities.
• Monitor student progress and behavior, documenting observations and communicating with teachers and parents as necessary.
• Assist in preparing instructional materials and classroom setup to facilitate learning.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other non-classroom activities.
