Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active RN licensure in New Hampshire.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of recent home health experience.
• Documentation Skills: Proficiency in OASIS documentation.
• Certifications: Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday to Monday.
• Contract: 13-week contract with potential extensions.
• Travel: Mileage reimbursement for travel within Portsmouth.
