Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• MN state licensure or eligibility for MNlicensure
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and administrators

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support students' communication skills in academic and social settings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
