Job Description:

• Assist surgeons in performing complex cardiothoracic vascular surgeries on adult and geriatric patients.
• Ensure a sterile environment and prioritize patient safety throughout procedures.
• Provide exceptional care and support to patients undergoing heart transplants, vascular interventions, and thoracic surgeries.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Atlanta or Compact state Nursing License
• Certified CVOR RNFA or RN with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a cardiothoracic vascular OR setting is required.
• Prior experience with heart transplant, cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgeries is essential.
• Familiarity with Pyxis, EPIC, and SBAR communication is a plus.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are a must.
