Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely preparation of bids and proposals.

* Oversee CRM data accuracy and supervise admin staff.

* Maintain current customer information and manage contracts.

* Pursue opportunities, meet KPIs, and maintain DSO targets.

* Handle administrative tasks efficiently and maintain office operations.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

Education

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience

* 5 years of office management, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks and staff supervision, along with a demonstrated ability to prepare bids with 99.9% accuracy and meet delivery deadlines.

* Proficiency in CRM management and contract oversight, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

* Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting KPIs and ensuring prompt responsiveness to client communications.

Skills & Requirements

* Minimum 18 years of age

* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

* Successful Pre-Employment Drug

* Successful Background Check
