The right candidate should be well versed in Excel, Word and highly comprehensive computer skills. Looking for individuals that enjoy working in a challenging environment that requires multitasking and problem-solving mindset.
Based in West Palm Beach Florida the Customer Service team will be responsible for taking inbound phone calls from customers, processing orders and scheduling deliveries.
CSR team members will be trouble shooting complaints and must have excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position. Daily operating hours are 9:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. and employees will be scheduled for 8 hour shifts with a breaks and lunch periods.
The employee will be working inside in an office setting.
