Purpose of the team- The purpose of this team is to work in collaboration with partner-retail, product groups, outbound channels, Studio, and external agencies to drive digital transformation and in-store growth through REMAP for all Microsoft ecosystem inclusive of Devices and Creativity (Windows, Microsoft 365, and Surface) and Gaming (Xbox).
The team is responsible for the success of global marketing executions across 120 countries.
Key projects This role will be the point of contact for the Business & Operations workstream at REMAP across the CSO direct and partner business - having a deep understanding of the business priorities, product roadmap, target audiences, and customer journey across REMAP ecosystem.
You will be accountable to support multiple teams on the success of REMAP platform aligned to global priorities and market insights. This role is inclusive of financial management, security & compliance, and operational processes.
This person will report directly to the Campaign Lead to support the integration of the direct business into REMAP.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm This role will be made up of working on 30% user experience, 30% business processes, and 40% operations.
