What We're Seeking:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting: Must have made significant progress towards the CPA exam.
• 5-7 Years of Experience: A minimum of 2 years in public accounting is essential.
• Diverse Industry Exposure: Experience in various industries like construction, manufacturing, small business, etc., is a distinct advantage.
• Specialized Knowledge: Non-profit or Government tax experience is highly coveted.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with PPC Smart and CCH ProSystem FX is beneficial.
• Florida CPA License: Either possess one or be willing to transfer to a Florida license.
